InsightLogic, LLC. (“Company”) is deeply committed to your right to privacy and takes your privacy seriously. In this privacy statement (the “Privacy Policy”), the words “you” and “your” refer to each www.PEXMethod.com web site visitor or user; “we”, “us” and “our” refers to Company; “Services” refer to all services provided by us, and “Site” refers to the www.PEXMethod.com website.

Company has prepared this Privacy Policy to describe its collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information through the Site. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Use Agreement. The Site will collect, use, and disclose your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

How We Collect Information:
Through the combination of both internal and third party tracking code as well as cookies, we may track the following categories of information when a visitor enters the Site: (1) IP address, (2) domain servers, (3) type of computer used to access the Site, (4) types of web browsers (collectively “Anonymous Data”). Such data does not collect information that identifies you as an individual. The Site uses Anonymous Data for general marketing purposes and to help enhance customer experience on the Site.

What Type of Information We May Collect:
For you to access certain services that we may offer through the Site, we may require you to provide us with information that can identify you as an individual (“Personally Identifiable Information”). Personally Identifiable Information includes: (i) “Contact Data” (such as your first and last name, physical street address, city, state, zip code, phone number and email address), (ii) “Financial Data” (such as your credit card number, expiration date, and verification code), (iii) “Legal Data” (such as your social security number, mortgage information, and automobile information). We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes. We do not retain credit card information.

Please note that Contact Data and Anonymous Data is used to gather information regarding our customers and visitors, in order to enhance the consumer experience on the Site. We may also use demographic data in a manner that does not identify you specifically or allow you to be contacted but does identify certain criteria about our users in general. For example, we may inform third parties about the number of registered users, number of unique visitors, and the pages most frequently browsed.

Why We Collect Information:
We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads on our behalf. These companies may employ cookies and action tags also known as single pixel gifs or web beacons to measure advertising effectiveness. Any information that these third parties collect via cookies and action tags is completely anonymous.

We may use your Contact Data to provide you with special information and promotions regarding our products or to contact a customer regarding an order or to respond to a question or request. Any Financial Data gathered is used for the purpose of processing or completing your financial transaction.

We may make a chat room, a discussion board, member forum, or a message forum (collectively known as the “Member Forum”) available on the Site. Any information or content of any type that you post in the Member Forum (collectively the “Content”), know that you are making that Content available to other members of the Site and other Site visitors. You should use caution when deciding to disclose your personal information or other Content in these venues, as we do not control who may participate in these interactive forum.

Certain Personal Information Already in The Public Record:
Also, please be advised that certain personal information becomes public record upon the filing of documents with the state or the court. For example, the corporate name, business address and the name of the registered agent become public information upon the filing of articles of incorporation. In many cases, the Secretary of State will provide this information to third parties for a fee. The U.S. Patent & Trademark Office will also make public the names and addresses of trademark registrants. In some states, fictitious business names, including the name and address of the business Company, must be published in a newspaper. The Site’s Privacy Policy does not cover actions by these third parties.

You may choose not to provide us with any Contact Information. In such an event, you can still access and use some portions of the Site; however you will not be able to access and use portions of the Site that require your Contact Information.

Third Party Access:
Except as stated throughout this Privacy Policy, we will not share your Contact Information with third parties, unless such disclosure is necessary (as determined in our sole discretion) to: (a) comply with a court order or other legal process; (b) protect the rights, property, and/or safety of the Site, Company, or any third party; or (c) enforce the Terms of Use.

We may provide your personal information to third party service providers who work on behalf of or with Company and the Site to provide some of the services and features of the Site and to help us communicate with the members of our Site. However, these service providers do not have any independent right to share this information (expect pursuant to a legal requirement such as a subpoena or warrant).

We may share some or all of your personal information with our parent Company, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under a common control (“Affiliates”), in which case we will require our Affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.

If the assets related to the Site are acquired by another party, then that new Company will possess the personal information collected by us and it will assume the rights and obligations regarding your personal information, as described in this Privacy Policy.

The Site has security measures in place to minimize the loss, misuse, destruction, and/or alteration of the information that you provide us or that we obtain from you. We take reasonable measures to protect our security and your information. However, no system is 100% foolproof. In the event of such a breach, loss, misuse, destruction, and/or alteration of the information that you provide us or that we obtain from you, under no condition shall we be liable to you, or to any third-party.

Our Site contains links to other third-party websites, such as Amazon, Matrix, Baytech, Disques (“Linked Websites”). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of the Linked Websites. If you choose to visit other websites, we are not responsible for the Privacy Practices or content of those other websites, and it is your responsibility to review the Privacy Policies on those websites to confirm that you understand and agree with their policies.

As discussed above, we may also make a Member Forum available to you, but please understand that any information you disclose in the Member Forum becomes public information and accordingly, such information is not subject to this Privacy Policy. We have no control over what you input into our Member Forum, therefore you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose any personal information in a Member Forum.

Your California Privacy Rights:

If you live in California, please know pursuant to the California’s Shine The Light statute, Cal. Civil Code 1798.83, you have the right to request that companies who conduct business in California provide you with a list of all third parties to which the company has disclosed Personal Information, during the preceding year, for direct marketing purposes. Alternatively, the law provides that if a company has a Privacy Policy that gives either an opt-out (often referred to as “unsubscribe”) or opt-in choice for use of your Personal Information by third parties (such as advertisers or affiliated companies) for marketing purposes, that the company may instead provide you with information on how to exercise your disclosure choice options. This Site qualifies for the alternative option; it has a comprehensive Privacy Policy and provides you with details on how you may either opt-out or opt-in to the use of your Personal Information by third parties for direct marketing purposes. Therefore, we are not required to maintain or disclose a list of the third parties that received your Personal Information for marketing purposes during the preceding year.

We will respond to your request and, if applicable and appropriate, make the requested change in our active databases as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note that we may not be able to fulfill certain requests while allowing you access to certain benefits and features of our Services. Also be advised that such a request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information that you have posted and that there may be circumstances in which the law does not require or allow removal, even if requested. We will do our best, within the parameters of the law, to accommodate your request.

We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to add to, change, update or modify this Privacy Policy, by posting such change, update, or modification on the Site. Any such change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting.
